Hello Scott,
After spending two years obsessing over wanting a BMW M5, it was finally time to pull the trigger and "just do it". A good friend suggested I give you guys a call - he said "they can find anything - they can find exactly what you're looking for". I was a little skeptical at first, and didn't like the idea of paying a finder's fee for something I thought I could do myself via the internet or classified ads. Boy, was I wrong - and as they say, "you get what you pay for"! In my case, it was having the confidence and total "piece of mind" that the car I ended up with was inspected, evaluated, and scrutinized people that know more about fine automobiles than anyone else I know. And at an extremely competitive price, too.

I know that I was extremely vague about what car I was interested in but you were very patient and looked for every car we spoke about. I have to tell you buying the Nissan Pathfinder LE from you is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only is the vehicle AWSOME!!! I figure you saved me at least three thousand dollars and that does not include the time I would have had to spend looking for the vehicle and dreading the used car salesman. I also appreciate the fact you made it happen so quickly. In looking back at the process, I engaged you on Tuesday the 15th and drove out with what looks and drives like a brand new car on Tuesday the 22nd, impressive considering there was a holiday thrown in.

The vehicle itself far exceeds my expectations. When you told me what the final cost was, I expected a nice looking vehicle, low mileage and some of the more popular options. What I got was totally unexpected. Great looking vehicle, very low mileage, and every option I think is available on an upper end car. Including the factory installed navigation system. And to top it off, the grill and tail light brush guards are the icing on the cake.

And to ensure the whole car buying experience, you didn't just stop with finding me the most extreme vehicle, you took the extra step to find better financing terms than my own bank offered me. I don't think a car buying experience can get any better than this. In the future I will be buying all my cars through you and will be telling all my friends and family this is the only way to buy a car.

It's now been a couple of weeks since I drove my Lexus LS 430 away from your business. I haven't enjoyed a drive home as much as I did that day in quite a while. I remember that the first thing you asked me when we initially spoke was what was I looking for in a car? I told you that I wanted an extremely reliable automobile. There was no hard sell ever from you, just a lot of good questions to direct me to the right subset of cars to consider. Your business model is a unique one. I've explained it to many friends and business associates. Because of that business model, I felt like I was receiving better than usual treatment and an overall excellent value for the car I eventually received than I have normally received from the auto industry.

The condition of the car is excellent. It drives like it was brand new…just like the new one I test drove. Of course it was loaded, too. I've enjoyed playing with all of the gadgets especially the navigation and sound systems. You've really created an extremely satisfied customer. It's easy when you make it an enjoyable experience to purchase and the product is fantastic to operate.

Your business is instrumental in offering a service that just does not exist in the car world today. I am an exceptionally meticulous consumer and had very stringent requirements for the vehicle I wanted. In my case, I have two dogs and wanted a SUV big enough for them to be in the back of the truck. At the same time I was looking for a rear window that retracted into the tailgate so I could open and close the back windshield allowing air in and preventing them from jumping into backseat. This limited me to a 4Runner and while on a limited budget and still wanting a very nice car, going through online websites or through a dealer was an exercise in futility. I spoke with you and told you what I needed down to the last detail. After a couple weeks search, you selected the perfect 4Runner - it looks brand new and was the price I needed. I could not be happier with my car or the service they offer. It is truly a saving grace to the challenges surrounding getting a new vehicle.

This note is long overdue but the fact of the matter is that I have not been able to find the right words to express my sheer happiness with doing business with you. As you know, I am no ‘spring chicken' and I work extra hard to get the nice things in life. You also know that I do a ton of driving and just about live out of my car, so a nice dependable car has always been important to me.

I have bought about 12 cars on my own without my husband helping me to deal with the ‘heavy handed sales pitch'. Those cars have ranged from a Pontiac Grand Prix, Datsun 280ZX, Chevy Blazer, Ford Explorer, Lincoln Mark IV, V, VIII, 4 Cadillac Eldorados and a Chevy Corvette. Most of those cars were new but some were either program or demo vehicles. My ‘little girl dream come true' was the All American Dream, Corvette (1985 from the showroom) but nearly 20 years later that changed to the last Cadillac, Eldorado (2002) to be made. Four years later as I look to retire soon my ‘big girl dream come true' was made possible by you. And 12 cars later not only does that dream come true but also the desire to buy any car with no hassle finally came true. Buying a car from you was the best experience I have ever had and I am not just “blowing smoke”. From the moment I walked in I was treated graciously. Never did I have to answer questions like ‘How much do you want to spend?' ‘What do you think your car is worth?' ‘What will it take to make this deal work?' ‘Will your husband let you buy this car?' Nor did I hear statements like, ‘Someone is looking at this car so if you are really interested then I need about $2000.00 to hold it until the next day' even though it was closing time, raining and there were no other customers in the store. I never had to sit and wait while a salesperson had his/her manager review the deal only to return accompanied by an entourage to add more pressure and ‘solidify a deal that I would never get elsewhere'.

Another pleasing feature, very ‘corny' to some, was not having the dealership decal pasted or irreparably bonded to the trunk or bumper of the car. All but one time did I have to refuse delivery of my new car until they removed the sticker/decal or sent it to the body shop to fill the holes and/or refinish paint even after I specified time and again ‘no advertising decals, signs or the like'. It's truly ironic that for the first time I would have offered to put your sticker right across my entire back window, if you had them, just so that people would ask me about your dealership.

Your manner of greeting a perspective buyer, showing the car, setting up the full point Mercedes inspection, introducing me to Suzanne, keeping your appointments with me even when personal appointments should have been given greater priority, having your Dad there to help me when I needed to change an appointment that conflicted with your schedule, setting up the special warranty for me and taking my numerous calls and answering my many questions puts you not just a cut above; but TOPS in the category of who you want to do business with.

As I write this, I wish that I knew someone that was in the market for a car now so that I could have the joy of bringing them over and just watching their face when they began their experience of buying a car from someone who really makes it a special and rewarding experience. That day will come and I can't wait!


Another highlight of my experience is that it didn't end when I drove away that first day. My numerous calls to find out how this worked or to tell you this doesn't sound right or ask again and again how to program the garage door opener never went without an answer or a call back either with the information or with the name of a contact that could help. Do you have any idea how many dealers ‘wine and dine' you until the car is purchased only to forget you exist when there is a problem with your vehicle? I learned that lesson about 10 cars ago…..ask to meet and talk with the service manager before you sign anything. You beat me to the punch by having me go get the inspection report before you even knew what it said. You've got to know how good and how confident that makes a perspective buyer feel! I am tempted to call the Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac dealers that I recently attempted to buy cars from and tell them to spend a day visiting you so they could experience what it was like to do business with a true gentleman, one with pride, integrity and one who knows how to make buying a car a wonderful experience.

So, Thank you -Thank you -Thank you - for my dream has come true, two-fold. I now own the most precious Mercedes SL 500 Silver Arrow and I can now broadcast that buying a car can truly be a wonderful experience if you go to the right place where the salesmanship is unmatched --- See Scott.
